Mego Style. (http://www.dreadcentral.com/node/26343) Not what I was hoping for. Ten years ago I would have freaked over these.

I think I like this one better.

Nice to see Ben getting some love, though.

Though not realistic, the Mego figures have a unique charm. They look like toys that would have been produced in 1970 when NIGHT was still in release. And for less than the price of one 12" figure, you can buy two Mego-style figures.

I agree that the 12" cemetery ghoul looks much better now than in the prior photos, though, I don't know why there needs to be four heads. The cemetery ghoul never looked as docile in the movie as some of those head sculpts.

At the Dallas convention, Judy O'Dea had photos of the 12" Barbra figure, which comes with a large kitchen knife.

Why does Ben look gigantic? Camera angle? He's as tall as Gort!

I think it's just the angle on Gigantica Ben. Sculpt looks good though.
Ben needs a tire iron.

I agree--I'm digging that likeness and expression of Duane Jones. Ben does need a tire iron, and a tire iron ghoul to go with it.

Here are a few more photos (Ben still looks like a giant, dammit!):

And on a completely unrelated note, they've totally botched the likeness of this character. Hopefully, it's just an early prototype:

$43 for a 12" figure?!?!?

i was interested til I saw that price....they just look like tarted up Action Man toys...although Barbara has a good likeness in this model....still...$43 is by far not a good deal.

I might pay 100 for all 3.
