Weird "warn, 0%" thing...

Not sure if this is something to do with my footer - which I'm about to resize upon Neil's request, but there's this weird thing on the left of my posts saying "Warn", then 0% in brackets, and five cream-coloured round-edged boxes...what's all that about then?

I haven't broken any rules have I? :confused:

ive seen these on other boards this may be the new way to regulate on people who cause problems here i think when it gets up so high you cant come back or maybe you get suspended. i dunno for sure since i never got warned except that time i called out this guy on a site and got suspended till 2006( that happened in early 2005) .
