I hope this is a very early prototype.

Looks promising but needs a little more work.
It looks too vivid. They need to tone it all down.

I believe this is the same company that's making the Bub and Dr. Tongue action figures. If that's the case, the early model of Bub looked pretty bad, but after some tweaking it's looking like the real deal.

And I absolutely love their Dr. Tongue....

Amok Time is the retailer acting as a fulfillment house for both figure series, but the NIGHT and DAY figures are being produced by different companies.

I was able to check out the NIGHT 12" figures at the Fangoria show and speak at length with all involved including Kyra Schon. The Karen Cooper figure is an early prototype, and everyone agreed there will be changes in detail (where are Karen's fishnet stockings?)

I also snapped some photos of each respective actor holding his or her miniature alter-ego. IMO, this is the best type of promotion for these action figures as the manufacturer talked about producing as many characters from the film as possible. Bill Hinzman also had completed packaging for the cemetery ghoul on display, but I couldn't get a decent photo due to the camera flash.

Very cool to see the actors with their action figures. What a reminder of a memorable piece of your past! Alas, I fear if one was made for me, no matter what genre the movie was, it would end up being a bobble-head (I'm blond :D).....

Splatter some blood around, add some dirt and grime.

I just got the Hinzman figure in and he looks great! The box is really nice too.

The doll looks more like Hinzman than Hinzman does. I would pass him on the street and not even know it!!
