It releases Oct 27, they have the HD DVD version confused with the DVD version. THe HD DVD comes out November 24th 2009

Goddamn, I didn't even see the release date info :( I can queue it in advance though and it'll pop up when it's vailable. I think the main thing that threw me was that it already had a rating--what I assumed was a user rating..
