Doesn't look like it's in stock. So the 'Numenorean' label put out the soundtracks for Day, Night '90 and the Dark Crystal?

Hmmm, learn something new everyday.

Didn't realise that the guy who scored Night 1990 was screenwriter on The Crazies! He also did various odds and sods for the likes of Russo and Hinzman on their tacky 80s and 90s films.

You're right. I should've checked that.

Are you looking for the cd for collectors purposes, or do you just want the music? If you want just the music, I would imagine it can be downloaded rather easily...

He wasn't, actually. The distributor/financier bought the story and had Romero re-write it.

IMO, the NIGHT remake has one of the worst scores... ever.

Agreed. It really didn't do the trick. The score doesn't match up, mood-wise, with the action onscreen much at all. Not like the original Night - and that was all pulled from a library...

But this talk of a Day soundtrack has reminded me that I really want a copy of that, now.

I checked my go-to folks, Monsters in Motion, with no luck on either. sorry, Dark.

I concur, the Day soundtrack is awesome. It sets the tone for the movie perfectly.

the last tune ("passage to normal") on the night90 soundtrack is decent. other than that it is a pretty bleak affair.

The day soundtrack is probably my favorite of the whole series. Aside from the Gonk and few bits in Dawn, i've always thought that soundtrack was a bit of a hit and miss. Day however is a very solid score, imo.

Well just go find... The people who own the rights to DAY of the DEAD, Taurus Entertainment. Numorean is their label and they sell the soundtracks via their website.

$20.00 or something like that
