Fine list there Daz. Though I could never get into Nightmare on Elm Street and sometimes think I must be the only person on earth who finds Freddy annoying...
Here's mine:

1: Day of the dead
2: Suspiria
3: The Shining
4: Rosemary's baby
5: The Texas Chainsaw Massacre
6: Dawn of the dead
7: Psycho
8: The Exorcist
9: Halloween
10: The Evil Dead

Should be in there but there's only room for ten: NOTLD, The Beyond, Evil Dead, Black Sabbath, Alien, Braindead, Les yeux sans visage, Dracula; prince of darkness, The Wolfman, Nosferatu (Herzog), Hellraiser, ...

we would notice that none of people can see in the deserted area. That main reason is all get Effected and turn into a Zombies. Some of them trapped or Struck someplace.

It was very difficult to place the last 5, but here's my top 10.

1. Day of the Dead. (1985) Enough said, IMO this movie rocks.
2. The Exorcist
3. Salem's Lot (1979) Unusual, but I preferred the movie to the book. The master is more alien/monstrous than in the book.
4. Alien
5. Dawn of the Dead (1978)
6. Halloween (1978)
7. Bride of Frankenstein (1935)
8. Scanners
9. Repulsion (1965)
10. Zombie Flesh Eaters

and for me impossible to select only 10 so here's a few others: Zombie Creeping Flesh, The Thing, The Fog, Les Diaboliques,
Omega Man, The Devils, The Wicker Man (1973) etc.

I have always considered Romero's trilogy as one long extended film. Much like the Godfather films. If you ask what is my favorite of the three...Dawn hands down.
