Ive been having problems since day one while gaming on my wireless network,the problem been 2-3 seconds of lag every minute or so!usually taking me back to the spawn screen as someone inevitably shoots me while its lagging :( i put it down to the signal between my router & wireless adaptor & thought i couldnt do anything about it.However ive found a fix,& just thought i'd share it on here incase anyone has had the same problems!
Go to control panel>performance & maintenance>administrative tools>services
Then scroll to the bottom & you'll see "wireless zero configuration" and it will say started,so click it,& press stop,& thats it!virtually lag free wireless gaming!you'll need to do that everytime you start your PC,but its worth it,i wont be bashing my mouse down & swearing at the screen in frustration now,if i die its down to my crap skills rather than lag :lol:
