They have hands. They could start like, punching and stuff. Zombies dont feel pain or strain, so the baby could relentlessly claw, and intime, tear through. It's not really far fetched. I think.

Babies dont have developed muscle...so there wouldnt be any way a baby punching you in the stomach would do anything.

All in all...it is pretty far fetched.

All in all...it is pretty far fetched.

Babies kick and punch in the womb the entire time they're carried almost, certainly the last six months out of the nine. No teeth, soft little nails... I can't see them doing much of anything either.

But don't I remember a scene in the Dawn remake of the baby having teeth already? Have to watch again... <sigh>
