Tons of PS3 info

now i undertand why they delayed the system with blu ray being a new technology i doubt anyone would be able to copy or burn any of the games so maybe this was the whole intention behind using the new technology all along that and the sheer size of it.

the porblem is going to be since sony has blown their promised launch window, they've effectively hosed those developers that had planned on releasing lanch games for the system.

i'll have to dig up the artcle but the was a great quote from an unamed devloper who basicly said "our 2006 Quarters 2,3 and possibly 4 are going to be **** due to this delay".


UPDATE

finally had time to read the whole article.

i think regardless of the "rumored" updated unit, i'll be buying a PSP at the end of the month. the ps1 games on download hooked me.
