Nigel Kneale, creator of the Quatermass tv/hammer movie series, year of the sex olympics and contributer to the BBCs groundbreaking 50s version of 1984, passed away on sunday, aged 84.

Damn shame, I have always respected Kneales work. He will be sadly missed. :(
