Jack Reacher: Never Go Back (Film) - Tom Cruise a foot too short

The first one was OK, so hopefully the second builds on it!

Look again at that dot. That's here. That's home. That's us. On it everyone you love, everyone you know, everyone you ever heard of, every human being who ever was, lived out their lives. The aggregate of our joy and suffering, thousands of confident religions, ideologies, and economic doctrines, every hunter and forager, every hero and coward, every creator and destroyer of civilization, every king and peasant, every young couple in love, every mother and father, hopeful child, inventor and explorer, every teacher of morals, every corrupt politician, every "superstar," every "supreme leader," every saint and sinner in the history of our species lived there--on a mote of dust suspended in a sunbeam. I'll have to re-watch the first one (it'll likely swing around on telly to tie-in with the sequel), but I do remember enjoying it quite a bit, even if the film in general is a bit hazy in my memory.

He may be much shorter than the character in the book, but the embodiment of the character is the key thing. I've not read the books, so I don't know how well he does on that front, but I'm assuming Cruise is doing him justice in all other regards.
