its actually from season 4 (1992), not 1990 Another interesting note, the writers have been known to say this section was based loosely off NOTLD, which they all say they are fans of, EXCEPT groening himself, who has said that he saw NOTLD in '69 and thought it was lame and not scary at all.

During the King Homer commentary one of the commentators referred to 28 Days Later which mentioned Smithers women and seamen line. I'm curious, was Wullie burying those corpses?...
