Pain and Gain (film) - Michael Bay with no robots?

Look again at that dot. That's here. That's home. That's us. On it everyone you love, everyone you know, everyone you ever heard of, every human being who ever was, lived out their lives. The aggregate of our joy and suffering, thousands of confident religions, ideologies, and economic doctrines, every hunter and forager, every hero and coward, every creator and destroyer of civilization, every king and peasant, every young couple in love, every mother and father, hopeful child, inventor and explorer, every teacher of morals, every corrupt politician, every "superstar," every "supreme leader," every saint and sinner in the history of our species lived there--on a mote of dust suspended in a sunbeam. "Michael Bay with no robots"? Really? He did have a career prior to 2007, ya know.

This looks like it could be a fun time. I often feel like people are too hard on Bay. He makes specific types of films. If you don't like that type of film, fine....but don't act surprised when each new release is still in his trademark style....

I've seen all of his films except for The Island (Don't know why I skipped that one) and I have to say I actually enjoy most of them EXCEPT for Bad Boys 2. That being said, he can sometimes go into hyperspeed where his films move at such an insane rate it's tough to keep up and it's quite annoying when they do. Both Bad Boys 2 and Transformers 2 had this problem. Watching them almost makes my head explode.

I hope this one doesn't end up like that.
