The use of POV in film.

I wrote an article on the use of POV (Point of View) in film; specifcally NO COUNTRY FOR OLD MEN in my blog.

    http://www.cineobscure.com/visual-la...point-of-view/

Maybe some of you filmmakers may benefit from it.

a very neat article, and i agree, not enough films try to be innovative ,or just use unusual techniques nowadays, i myself use POV shots quite often now i think about it, plus ill often keep the camera unusually low or high and angled and the like, compared to clerks style "one shot one take" type camerawork.

personally i think the blame lies on summer blockbusters wich try to fit into a working formula to make the dough but lose some creative subtelty in the process.

so yeha, pov, great shot useage, love it.
