Apparently there are some utterly retarded plans in the works to do a pilot scheme somewhere which would CHARGE people/FINE people for using the outside lane of a motorway... It defies any logic and is an intensely blatant cash grab...plus it makes no sense whatsoever all over again. I think they're all smoking crack in London, f*ckin' loons.
