Getting a 360 game on Sat. Now It's either gonna be Fall Out 3 or Dead Space. Now some of you are gonna say "dude, left 4 dead!" Well I havent played the demo and I cant get it for 360 since I dont have a gold membership. it doesnt really look appealing to me either. Dead Space. Fall Out 3?

to be blunt, neither. dead space is a mind numbingly short, brainless resi 4 clone. fallout 3 is a bland, repetitive rinse and repeat. the themes nice but that only carries it so far. honestly there so many better ones to get. mass effect. the orange box. bioshock. gears of war 2. GRAW oblivion. i could go on but theres even average ones like halo 3, dead rising adn condemned that are more fun.

Codester, get Fallout 3. Everyone I know thinks it's amazing and that it's an 'Oblivion beater' of the highest order. I'm not far into it but from what I've played so far, it's nothing short of awesome.

i haven't played fallout 3, but I have played Dead Space... I can't really compare the two, but i'll say that dead space is a Great game. Check out some review sites online to get a good idea, and see which you'd rather have... although, i'd bite the bullet and just get both if i were in your position. Just get Gears of War 2. mass effect. the orange box. bioshock. gears of war 2. GRAW oblivion. The only one i didn't really like in that list was the orange Box...yea, blasphemy i know, but I found Half life to be ridiculously boring...I liked Team fortress 2 though, and Portal killed a little bit of my time.

Out of the two original choices, Fallout 3. But Gears 2 trumps them both. Best action game ever.

Codeman, don't be like Nick and refuse to get XBOX Live ! I'd say go for Fallout 3... in my opinion it's one of the most engrossing games I've ever played. Easily on my list of best games I've ever played (again, MY opinion). Unless you get Live, then get the new Call Of Duty. Lots of people are raving about it, plus it has a mode that involves you and team mates boarding up a house and fending off zombies.

I'd rather spend the fifty quid on another game ... as well as it's not possible where I'm at, the physical connection to the internet is not only in the wrong room, but at the wrong end, and wrong floor of the house ... ... and I believe Wireless to be the work of Satan himself. ... I'm getting interested in picking up COD5, but not sure whether I'll get it before Xmas, or just stick it on my list to Santa-Man...hmmm...will I get 6 weeks more play out of Saints Row 2 after having completed the storyline? *sigh* The pressure of modern life, eh?

Also Monopoly came out, but you cant play other people on XBOX Live on it, GAY! I've been reading reviewson Dead Space and Fall Out 3 and they are both really great games. When one of them gets a bad review though, its BAD review. I may get Gold for half a year. Maybe. I'd need to buy a new head set though.
