    any other rhcp fans in here feelin ripped off by the new cd. sure it 2 disks, but 2 disc of crap.

    it no blood, sugar, sex, magic cd that for sure, as the rhcp called the new album on par with.

    stay away if considering purchase.

    Is it really that bad?

    I can't imagine any Chilli Peppers album not being worth at least a few listens. Although "Danny California" is almost note-for-note "Last Dance with Mary Jane" by Tom Petty.....But that happens sometimes.

    How many listens have you given it? Have you given it time to soak in or are you judging by only the first listen? Give a bit more info in your review, if you could.

    I didn't even know that it had been released yet.

    danii california is one of 2 better songs on the discs in imho. i see why it was the pre release single. dont get me wrong some things sound amazing minus the vocals. it sounded like a very unnatural rhcp.

    11.99 on release date, even had to get the women at walmart to open a few boxes to get it.

    btw your in canada i always found american cds are always higher than in canada in most cases with the exchange factored in .

    I was going to get it as I have been a RHCP fan for years. After downloading a couple songs I decided to delete them from my computer and save my money.

    I spent it on the Raconteurs cd instead... Go buy it, it is the best Rock album in years.
