Innocent victims of merciless crimes, fall prey to some madman's impulsive designs.

Step after step we try controlling our fate. When we finally start living, it's become too late.

Thanks brother SymphonicX. Good piece, that one.

Makes me want to actually seek out this book, even though I found the original boring as hell back in my school days. Come to think about it, they ought to zombify all the classics, since I probably would have payed more attention to "Turning of the Screw" and "Tristan" had it been full of ghouls!

OH, I actually thought it was kind of a book about femenism or whatever whenever I read the title. A person I know is reading it, I should ask her what she thought of it and perhaps start reading it myself...

Even though Mr. Darcy and that girl he loves is way overrated. She only loves him for the money, tsk tsk.

Wasn't he the inspiration for the 2nd husband of Marcy on Married With Children, except with the roles reversed?
