That's exactly the reason I've held onto my Mega Drive - nostalgia. I pulled it out again recently, played it a bit, but I've been too busy/lazy since having a bit of a return to it, to really play it again.

Then when I get a 360 it'll be back in the cupboard ... but back in there with respect and love.

Me too, I held on to EVERY console I brought from the old wooden Atari 2600 onwards. The Megadrive/Genesis is probably the most regularly used of the old consoles. Columns is an addictive little bastard as is Aladdin. Even got a bunch of the old ice hockey games from 92-94 (the best ones). Everyone keeps telling me to play a golf game like Tiger Woods 06 or 07 but I like PGA 2. It's the style I'm used to.

Are those hockey games like the one in Swingers or Mallrats? I wouldn't mind one of those, just so I could lay in bed and reference Brodie Bruce all day.

Yes, I have NHL Hockey, NHL 94 and NHL All Star Hockey. NHL All Stars was the game Brodie was playing in bed in Mallrats and after I fist watched the film, I sat in bed playing it all morning, drinking Coke and smoking gange. All of those games can be picked up for less that a fiver nowdays - that's if you're lucky enough to find them - pop yer head into yer local Gamestation, I've seen 'em there many times.

This guy takes me back to my childhood and correctly identifies my frustration with 80's videogames. I think those games were much more difficult than today's games.
