Okay folks, what's wrong with that song? EVERYTHING!!! First off Trent Reznor should sue their asses over the backbeat 'cos there are a number of songs on NIN's last album With Teeth share similar drum noizes. Secondly, this 'new' direction has been successfully done by other bands for the last 10 years - notably plums like Lostprophets who can't stop the emotion bollocks every time they release a single. Congrats Shrinkin Park, you just made the jump from rap/metal to emo. Maybe in ten years time they'll catch up again and narrow themselves down to a two piece - a drummer and a guitarist/singer.

And damn their guitarist looks like Peter Sutcliffe, he should enter a lookalike contest!

EDIT- just like to point out that by "ruin his throat with fag's", that was about cigarettes, NOT a gay joke.

I actually enjoyed Lost Prophets' "The Fake Sound of Progress". Then something happened and they turned into a totally different band. Haven't cared to hear them since....

Rodriguez gave that a good hook, man. I was whistling it all day after I saw the film. I even learned to play some of it by memory.

I'll be having a listen of that soon, *ahem*, know what I mean.

I love the Grindhouse "theme", it does indeed have that "hook", same as the Sin City theme.

venom - dont burn the witch.

the reason there arent many bands like HIM is cos venom managed to eat them all. HIM only escaped because venom were on hiatus for a bout 3 seconds a few years back

Got a song called "Always" (I think) by a band I've forgotten the name of ... they did a song called "Moodswings"...got it stuck in my noggin'...

Otherwise the Grindhouse theme tune - which rocks cocks up and down the street.
