    Well,we're still here!although from what ive heard that bad boy wont be really pushed till about february so who knows what might happen!i wont even pretend to know the complete physics behind it,but i just hope those pushing the buttons really know what they are doing cos their playing with big & potentially nasty toys!
    Its similar to the first atom bomb tests,although they had loads of calculations & predictions,nobody really knew what would happen when it went off & there was a few experts worried about an unstoppable chain reaction that would fry the entire planet!luckily that didnt happen,but they still set the bomb off not knowing whether it would happen or not which was a big gamble!hopefully the people playing with this LHC havent been dealt bad cards...
