First pictures from Resident evil afterlife

I got interested when I saw James Cameron's name, but then was put off when I had to freeze frame to read that they are just using the guy's camera equipment. State of the art gear alone does not make a good movie. I am pretty certain if you gave the same equipment to Uwe Boll, he would still make a straight to the $5 bin dvd. Is it just me or does this thing look like Resident Evil: 300?
