No doubt Dawn has some of the best music for setting the scene on the screen.

I love the whole combination of the background drone/library cues, combined with Dr Millard Rouch's rant about "We are down to the line folks" while Roger is rising from the dead.

For me, that is the most intense scene of any of the Dead films. It makes my neck hair stand up and gives me chills everytime i see it.
Philly mentioned Harrison's score for DAY. I think he also did the main title for Martin, which is awesome.

There are still 4 tracks missing from Hell of the LD if you have Contamination and Dawn and I'm not sure if they're Goblin. The opening theme is by a guy with a Spanish name. It's listed on youtube in the comments. I spent a lot of time cued up for the track on Fantafestival vol 3, finally got it and it's not even in the movie although I think it's a part of the track used when London shoots the cat gut old lady. I've been downloading soundtracks from soundtrack blogs and soulseek cause I don't want to spend $20 for three different versions of a soundtrack just to have all the tracks. Not to mention things that go out of print easily like Zombi Holocaust.
Hey, brother. The film with the "catgut old lady" with the soundtrack ripped from Golbin's tracks for Dawn of the Dead/Zombi: What is the name of the film? I remember seeing it years ago, but cannot for the life of me find this film anywhere. It was a total ripoff of DAWN, and even had a Roger Like character that gets killed.

Wasn't that "Hell of the living dead"? I know they used the music from
Dawn, even had characters being members of the SWAT team.
    I could be wrong though

Could have been HELL, but that name doesn't jibe with anything I've seen or can find in the video stores. Someone mentioned that there were alteranate titles for this, so does anyone have a list of alternate titles for HELL?

No way! It seems too good to be true.

I am wondering though: what mall music did not appear on the Trunk release of the Library and Incidental Music?

    Quite a few,
let's see..the music that plays when Roger and Peter go to the basement
the mall music when Roger turns on the power, the music when Roger is
telling Peter he'll try not to come back, the music where the raiders have
a pie fight, the music where Peter escapes.

That's what I can think of right now.
I have the Trunk release, so I kinda know what's
been missing. Looks like this new album has it all.

You can get a double feature disc from deepdiscount.com of Hell of the Living Dead and another Mattei film, Rats, for just under $8.

Rogersbasement is going to charge you $20 for that CD-R plus $4 shipping. I think I found somewhere to download the music and if you want a pm when I get it let me know. There's 66 cues, it says. That's a lot.

I find that there is a kind of musical continuity between Dawn, Day and Night90, I hope that it will be the case in Diary.

Romero said no music for Diary. He should let Harrison do an optional track for the DVD.
