Just read it! It definitely didn't spoil anything for me

Hey, speaking of Machete, am I the only one who noticed the Wilhelm scream in the flick? It was near the end when one of the mexicans' cars front tires pop up off the ground then come slamming down on a guy - you'll hear the scream just before it squishes him.

I love listening for the Wilhelm scream now.. fuckin' thing is EVERYWHERE!

I too noticed the Wilhelm scream. Had a chuckle at that.

    Loved this bit too:

When Fahey's character receives a text and the guy goes "what does it say?" and he goes "you just fucked with the wrong Mexican" LOVE that bit.

Probably the best line in the flick.

One of the best lines of dialogue this past decade, even.

Recruited by the U.S. Government for a mission which would be impossible for any mortal man, Machete must battle his way through Mexico to take down a madman cartel leader and an eccentric billionaire arms dealer who has hatched a plan to spread war across the planet with a weapon in space. Machete takes on an army in an effort to dismantle a plan for global anarchy.
The poster and description above are being used to promote the film at the European film market. Also, in typical Machete fashion, Rodriguez will be showing a trailer for "Machete Kills Again...In Space!".

Hooray for all of this - while my first viewing of Machete was a tad bit of a let down, upon second viewing I was watching it on its own terms and I enjoyed the hell out of it. I'm definitely up for more Machete! However we've not even had a trailer for Machete Kills, never mind Machete Kills ... In Space!

And what the hell's happening with Sin City 2?

Nothing special, but a small behind the scenes video from Sophia Vergara's son:

    ^^

I read that they're shooting this back-to-back with Sin City, and that Machete Kills' production will be 30 days ... which is quite swift. Hopefully the scheduling of these two flicks doesn't damage either of them, but RR's modus operandi is always fast shooting, so I'm not too worried about that. Anyway - bring it on!

The badass legend that is William Sadler:

    ....Lady Gaga?

They're also already done filming. Rodriguez works fast, that's for sure...

William Sadler? Kick arse! Lady GaGa? Eh?!

Well with that done shooting, I guess they'll be rocking onto Sin City 2 around about now then.

    Looking forward to both flicks!
