Either he just stepped on the live wire, or he must piss on his knees. The urine would have to be a constant stream for the electricity to make it to his body. And as most could guess, from your crotch to the gound the urine will be broken up. I think there was a Mythbusters ep about this too.....

Don't believe everything you see on Mythbusters.

Beware the beast, man, for he is the Devil's pawn. Alone among God's primates, he kills for sport or lust or greed. Yea, he will murder his brother to possess his brother's land. Let him not breed in great numbers, for he will make a desert of his home and yours. Shun him, drive him back into his jungle lair, for he is the harbinger of death.

That depends on the voltage, doesn't it? An electric charge can jump across gaps in the conducting material, the size of the gap it can jump depends on the voltage. Is that right? I'm not an electrician or a physicist so I'm not 100%.

I'm not sure if it's voltage or amperage (current) that make the difference, but you're right, the higher the voltage/current, the better chances there are it will "jump the gap" so-to-speak (look up that little electronic device called a "Jacob's Ladder" for good examples of electricity jumping gaps).

I feel sorry for this dude - hell of a way to go.

On a lighter note: could this dude be nominated for a Darwin Award?

aye...good point. Big difference between a live power line and an electric fence.

    Those aren't real problems, Sam.
