Ok, while I love me some Fear & Loathing, I really do like HST himself. I stumbled across this vid on youtube which had me practically gasping for air I was laughing so hard. Good ol' HST. One can only imagine the amount of alcohol and narcotics that were in his system at the time of this call... In a semi-related note - Thompson's The Rum Diary is supposed to be coming to the big screen soon. Of course it stars Johnny Depp as Kemp. Filming has wrapped, so it should be within the next year.
