"I Am Legend" extended trailer

I come across this trailer by accident it looks really good,I think it just might be worth going to see..coming out in Dec I hope I put this thread in right place?

Doesn't look like Hitch to me. Should be good, even for Smith-haters. The trailer doesn't really show much, though. I'm sure better trailers will come along, as we get closer to premiere time.

I don't recognize any of those scenes from any of the "credited" movies, though. I saw the "credits", but I've also seen those films. If any of that came from those, I don't remember it.

I decided a little while ago that I would drop most of my baggage at the door of this movie and go in with a pretty open mind. Personally, I'm looking forward to it.

wowww good catch DeadJonas...the parts that ARE I Am Legend look good anyway! lol I put the trailer up cause Will Smith looks like he does some really good acting in this movie! Well what I can see from the trailer! Up until I saw the credits I was excited, but then I started to question why the trailer would be released by a company other than the film studio and then saw the credits. I still want to see the movie, I hope it will be one of the few good remakes.

ive got total faith in smiths ability as an actor, its just that he gets picked for the comedy action hero with "awe hell no!" type lands that trying to type cast him, but hes done filsm that show he can do serious acting to, and it looks like this is one of them so i eckon its gonna be good. but heres the kicker, 30 days of night, or i am legend?, which will be the superior vampire movie of 07?

Fantastic movie! He really show his range of acting ability! I think I am Legend is going to be a good movie to own! I saw something on tv about 30 days and they patterned the vamps like zombs to make them more frightening. We shall have to see which one is gonna be the scariest 30 days or I am Legend wont we? The vamps on 30 days look very scary....hmmm! I didn't see anything from I am Legend so, I cant even venture a guess! Anyway I know I hopefully will be in theater to see both movies!

I am going to have to go with 30 Day of Night just because the vamps in I am Legend are all CGI... vampires should never be completely cgi. I can understand CGI if they are turning into mist or a bat or something like that, but not full blown CGI, thats just the studio being too lazy to hire people and put them in make up.

i overheard a conversation whilst in line to see resi 3 a while back adn two "uber-goths" were whining at the 30 days poster complaining how its "ruining the image of vampires like lestat" , i cant stand this sort of thing, especially when one said "maybe theyll turn into gay rats like in dusk till dawn", but tell these poser types that vampires were origionally creatures that looked like count orlock and lived among rats and were a symbol for the spread of disease and theyll get all bitchy about how vampire sall wear frills and crap, to which ive replied more than once "...waht?, like a gay pirate?"

I just finished reading the novel to this by Richard Matheson, the novel was fantastic... if the movie does it justice then it will be good.
