Anyone Read Warren Ellis' "Blackgas" comic?

Neat little short run, about a young adult who brings his girlfriend home to meet the parents on a break from college. Home is a little island off the East Coast of the US, and it has some particular geologic features, namely, it's on a little fault line. Boy and girl go out camping and an earthquake splits the fault line, spilling out a black gas that rolls down the island, and turns the inhabitants into zombie like creatures. Do they survive, and does the gas spread? I've got all six issues, so I know the ending, but I'm wondering if anyone else has seen this one and what did you think. Some of the gore covers would make a damn fine scene in a zombie movie, I think.

It starts out very good but changes artist halfway through and suffers for it. Still its one of the best story wise, it might be a little bit heavy on the gore. Its one of the few zombie comics I have not thrown out of my house.
