    Infact, in Wiki, this suggests he is on shaky ground:-
    In addition to the charges in Illinois, Kelly was being considered for further charges in Polk County, Florida on January 23, 2003 on 12 counts of possession of child pornography when authorities alleged to have found a digital camera containing 12 pictures of an underage female with three of them showing Kelly and her engaged in intercourse. These claims were never proven, and the charges were dropped after the search that led to them was ruled illegal.

    So there were some pictures suggesting underage sex, but they could not be used as 'the search that led to them was ruled illegal.'

    All joking aside, this is a serious issue. If found guilty, he needs to spend some time behind bars. I can forgive a murderer, but a pedophile or a rapist? They're the lowest common denominator in our society.

    Oh! I guess he walks then. Just as long as he doesn't go anywhere near my daughter or my nieces and we won't have a problem. I still don't trust the guy. He looks shady.

    What I don't get is if they have pictures and a video of him, how in the hell is he "innocent?"

    I've watched grainy surveillance camera footage on cop shows where you can BARELY make out the criminal, but they still allow the footage admissable in court as evidence.

    I think R Kelly is trying to pull a Michael Jackson, a Kobe Bryant and an O.J.

    Why not chop his balls off? Seems to me that most pedophiles get sexual excitement from kids, preteens, etc. Why not sentence them to 30 years of anal rape and the removal of all sexual reproductive tools.

    So on my way into work this morning a local radio station was talking about Kelly and they played clips from an interview he just did on the Black Entertainment Channel. After looking it up, I found it. This is hilarious...
