It comes out tomorrow and is part of the contest. I am downloading the full game, since I am a fan of the original. I hope they do not change the ending or the Neo Nazi theme.

It looks really, really good. I'm gonna hold off and see how much Castle Crashers is first, since that's first on my list. This review for BCR makes it hard to pass up, though. The best elements of the original are back, but have been upgraded to be better than before. The new bosses add a more interesting challenge and the final level is one for the ages. And, of course, the visuals are brilliant. The remastered soundtrack is fantastic as well. From top to bottom, Bionic Commando Rearmed is an incredible game that's well worth owning. 9.5 Presentation Slick storytelling elements, great characters, easy-to-navigate menus -- so much of BCR is better than a lot of retail games. 9.5 Graphics It looks good enough to be a full retail game. This is one of the prettiest downloadable games ever made. 9.0 Sound The updated soundtrack gives a nod to the retro, but feels properly modernized. Voice acting is about the only thing missing. 9.0 Gameplay GRIN kept the best of the original and then added layers of good stuff on top. The d-pad control is not perfect, but this is otherwise a brilliant experience. 8.0 Lasting Appeal Though the game can be short if you don't suck, there's plenty of incentive to replay. The challenge rooms add a few extra hours, as do co-op and competitive multiplayer. 9.4 OVERALL Outstanding (out of 10 / not an average) And yeah, it's rated "M" because of one thing: Hitler's exploding head!

I hope he is in it. There was some talk about removing him from the game. The original was censored when it was brought to the States. The Nazi theme totally removed except for the last guy. I remember beating it and one of my friends was staying over for the weekend back in 1990. We were surprised.

Area 3 help. Stuck at a barrier at the beginning.

You can't get past the barrier until you get a more powerful weapon/upgrade. You'll find what you're looking for eventually.

I'm a little more than halfway through. The bosses have been great so far, and I'm loving the shotgun upgrade. Geometry Wars Evolved 2 has been stealing my time away from BC lately.

It is a fustrating boss, but I hate to spoil it for you. But there is another upgraded version. It shoots multiple arms at you. Have fun. *L*
