ever have one of thos ethings that isnt actually funny but you can help but cry with laughter whenever you see it?, i got emailed one of those a minute ago, really, i must be like .1 on the retard scale right now looking at this.

So an "internet meme" is like a fail pic, or a lolcat, or whatever - an internet cult 'thing' if you will ... like those videos of Star Wars kid etc?

If so, I was figuring it must be that. I've just had very rare use to use "meme".
