Dead Reckoning: Dawning of the Dead

Just did I search here for info about this and I didn't find anything. How did this one fly under the radar? It's a book called Dead Reckoning: Dawning of the Dead. It is a novel that the continuation of Peter and Fran's journey directly after Dawn. Might have to give this a try.

    Your thoughts?

I'm pretty sure someone, perhaps even involved in the project, posted about it here over the last month.

    Looks pretty cool.

It sounds like it could be good, but it's not Romero. I would like to know what Romero thinks about somebody else writing a sequel to one of his works. If you get it let us know what you think.

To be honest, that may be a good thing, considering...
Innocent victims of merciless crimes, fall prey to some madman's impulsive designs.

Step after step we try controlling our fate. When we finally start living, it's become too late.

The continuation of the Dawn story is something I have wanted to read/see for a while but damn, that title is as cheesy as some cheese in a cheese shop. It's cringeworthy.

The three reviews on Amazon however are pretty raving so it's a book that I will have to get at some point.

You know the first twelve reviews are usually by the author, the author's parents and the author's significant other(s), shilling the book under various pseudonyms, right?

One of the reviews hints that it leads right up to the beginning of Day. Interesting...
