Ohio man crashes barstool, charged w/ DUI

From the AP: "NEWARK, Ohio (AP) — Authorities in Ohio say a man has been charged with drunken driving after crashing his motorized bar stool. Police in Newark, 30 miles east of Columbus, say when they responded to a report of a crash with injuries on March 4, they found a man who had wrecked a bar stool powered by a deconstructed lawn mower. Twenty-eight-year Kile Wygle was hospitalized for minor injuries. Police say he was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated after he told an officer at the hospital that he had consumed 15 beers. Wygle told police his motorized bar stool can go up to 38 mph. Wygle has pleaded not guilty and has requested a jury trial." Let's see, I'm ok, so Mike, Stray, you guys alright?

That's great! I wonder if he goes to a bar that allows him to just drive in and right up to the bar. If that thing can hit 38 mph, then he definitely deserves a DUI.

Almost 40 mph? Man that's fast for something like that... I've seen people around here that drive their lawnmowers like a car. It's funny and sad at the same time.

Almost 40 mph? Man that's fast for something like that... Hell yeah it is! I can't imagine holding onto that thing, after a few drinks, while driving over standard pavement at 40 mph. Just seems like the sort of thing that will inevitably lead to an accident.
