HA! I actually had that same player before the PS3. Didn't like it too much as it seemed to take a decade to load every friggin menu. I wouldn't say it's a bad player, in fact it technically worked well, but if you aren't a very patient person.....beware. For the price though? It's a hell of a deal for someone still uncertain on whether to make the jump to HD.

Read some reviews, tis slow as hell, but supposedly these refurb units have firmware updates to speed up the load times. Making the jump to HD would be cheap with a unit like this, but BD live content is out since these units are only profile 1.1
