    Bloody nora, that's a weird looking thing!

    Must be an indie effort by the looks of it ... I'd be amazed if that scene would get by the BBFC uncut to be honest, or perhaps it would ... ruddy weird whatever it's from. Sorry I can't help on identifying the gif though.
