those may be non-specific ones from the comics. the article mentioned that there will be two sets released, one set from the comics and one set from the show.

and i'm anxiously awaiting for images of the rick figures, that's probably one for the nerd shrine.

Just for a goof, I might pick up a Shane figure. Probably a no-sale though.

The two pictured are a bit underwhelming. Michonne and the two Ricks are definitely a purchase.

I had wondered the same thing about the bicycle zombie.

They could release one Glenn figure and say it's from both the books and the show. The actor was identical...

Wow! Fantastic news. I can't wait to both the live action as well comic lines! Hopefully there will be some prototype reveals at this weekends Toy Fair. McFarlane...Wow wow!!

What fantastic potential! I want a comic Sergeeant Abraham Ford--he's bad-fuckin' ass!! Can't wait to see what future TV series figs will yield too. Bycycle girl? Mrs. Tonque? Deer Eater? Andrea? Glenn?

    Comic Michonne proto

Just saw some Toy Fair pics over at Spawn.com and the zombies are interchangable apparently. Pictured was Todd McFarlane holding the above zombie figure in the cut off t-shirt and seperating it at the seam where the flesh meets the shirt revealing a nice half zombie complete with grousome entrails exposed. Also shown in the background (poorrly) were the unpainted Michonne and painted Rick figs. I'm sure better pics will show up in the next day or so. Oh, they also have packaging mock-ups that, sadly, aren't that impressive.

Toy Fair Rick and pic of TV Show-based Series 2

Hmm, it appears I don't know how to post a image properly.

NOTE: In the unpainted zombie prototype you can clearly see the torso and left arm are removable.

I'm not an action figure guy but I really like the look of the Rick Grimes one.
Will these be available in the UK?

I'm only KIND OF an action figure guy but I'm still not sure if I can answer your question better than; I think they will be available in the UK. I would recommend checking out http://www.spawn.com/ to see if you can find out on the message boards if McFarlane stuff can typically be found across the pond. McFarlane does the NBA, MLB, NFL, NHL, Spawn, and Halo figures that are all widely available here in the lower 48 but I don't know about other countries. Snoop around over there a bit and see if any of that stuff is available in the UK. Or you can just make a deal with a friend here in the states to buy and ship to ya. Wish I could be of more help man. Good luck!
