I want this game to be good. I really do, but I'm more of an Xbox gamer than a PS3 (that's the mrs's domain (except for dead island))

    ^^ Looks pretty!
Look again at that dot. That's here. That's home. That's us. On it everyone you love, everyone you know, everyone you ever heard of, every human being who ever was, lived out their lives. The aggregate of our joy and suffering, thousands of confident religions, ideologies, and economic doctrines, every hunter and forager, every hero and coward, every creator and destroyer of civilization, every king and peasant, every young couple in love, every mother and father, hopeful child, inventor and explorer, every teacher of morals, every corrupt politician, every "superstar," every "supreme leader," every saint and sinner in the history of our species lived there--on a mote of dust suspended in a sunbeam. Some more info on IGN:

"Our story picks up in one of the last remaining quarantine zones," Druckmann goes on. Martial law rules the day, and any infraction -- even minor ones -- result in immediate execution.

So, a jolly old romp then!

Why not for PC? PS3 and Xbox are for kiddies.

A very mature assessment there by a superior PC gamer?

Seriously. I would like to see some gameplay. By the looks of it this could turn out to be just another 'on rails' cinematic game filled with setpieces and very little actual gameplay as you are being led by the hand through yet another post-apocalyptic themepark ride. I've had enough of those.

Are zombie games the new World War II games? Remember when Band of Brothers came out and there was a flush of games all set in WW2, some good, some bad, until they'd pretty much worn out the genre. Now following the success of The Walking Dead there seems to be an awful lot of zombie type games coming out

This is a pre-rendered trailer? Not actual game engine footage?!

Looks amazing! But you have to wonder how 'on rails' it all is!?
