Sherlock Holmes TV series - Season 2 finale

So those of you who have seen the final episode, how did he survive then?

The aggregate of our joy and suffering, thousands of confident religions, ideologies, and economic doctrines, every hunter and forager, every hero and coward, every creator and destroyer of civilization, every king and peasant, every young couple in love, every mother and father, hopeful child, inventor and explorer, every teacher of morals, every corrupt politician, every "superstar," every "supreme leader," every saint and sinner in the history of our species lived there--on a mote of dust suspended in a sunbeam. 1st series was quite good. Great cast. So I'll definitely cacth up with series 2 when I get access to on Netflix.

Has it been a good run in the 2nd series?

    1st episode was very good.
2nd episode was a bit daft IMHO.
    3rd episode was quite good.
