"Flame" cyber attack - who is responsible?

    http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-18365844

So we have an incredibly clever/complicated cyber attack in the form of this "Flame" malware which seemingly is aimed at stealing information from computers in the middle-east?

No one knows who's behind it, but as soon as it becomes big news, a command is sent out to it to wipe itself off PC's? Hmmm!

The creators of the Flame malware have sent a "suicide" command that removes it from some infected computers.

Security firm Symantec caught the command using booby-trapped computers set up to watch Flame's actions.

Flame came to light after the UN's telecoms body asked for help with identifying a virus found stealing data from many PCs in the Middle East.

Indications point to another Israel/U.S. or just Israel malware project like was done to create STUXNET.

Israel hints it created Flame malware

Israeli Deputy Prime Minister Moshe Ya'alon has strongly hinted that Israel was involved in creating the computer virus Flame -- a new Stuxnet-like espionage malware -- to sabotage Iran’s nuclear plans.

Speaking in an interview with Israel’s Army Radio on Tuesday, Ya'alon expressed support for the creation of the virus and similar tools, saying it "opens up all kinds of possibilities.”
