i only make 17 cents more per hour than someone who just got hired......work over 40 a week....have a heavy machinery license and operate a skilled printing press. not in line for a raise, always have to work holidays everyone else in town is off for, no write ups, etc etc....... always told " you're replaceable"


but when i call off for a sick day, the place falls apart......
