I pulled some strings and the 2 CD set will be available for preorder (or regular order, can't remember) on LaLa Land records site on October 8.
I think it has different cover art than the album. There is some kind of Day of the Dead screening out west where you can buy either CD or LP set. CD set is $20.

I don't see the tracks "The Dead Walk" or "If Tomorrow Comes" so the old CD may still have tracks not on this one.
