So wanted to sell a spare pair of tickets we had to a local show.
Spend ages putting an advert into Ebay, for it only to tell me you can't sell theatre tickets on ebay when I pressed the final "submit" button - Why couldn't it tell me when I started rather than when I finish God knows!
So it suggested I instead use StubHub, Ebay's sister site dedicated for tickets. After going through the process over and over, because it kept reporting problems, I finally got to the final screen, only to then find out Ebay wanted to charge me about 15% to sell the tickets, and the buyer about 15% too!
This seemed such a huge rip off I refused to go ahead.
I instead just put the tickets on Gumtree, a free site, and I've now had two sets of people within 24hrs offering to buy the tickets for their full face value.
