^^ You do realise you can score your films other ratings than 7/10?
Look again at that dot. That's here. That's home. That's us. On it everyone you love, everyone you know, everyone you ever heard of, every human being who ever was, lived out their lives. The aggregate of our joy and suffering, thousands of confident religions, ideologies, and economic doctrines, every hunter and forager, every hero and coward, every creator and destroyer of civilization, every king and peasant, every young couple in love, every mother and father, hopeful child, inventor and explorer, every teacher of morals, every corrupt politician, every "superstar," every "supreme leader," every saint and sinner in the history of our species lived there--on a mote of dust suspended in a sunbeam. 7 is a good film for me, anything over that it has to be quite special.

^^ I thought the reviews for that were pretty bad?

    Zombeavers

    7/10

It's a bit rough around the edges and could have gone further with the sex and gore, but I had a really fun time with it. There's some pretty funny lines in there and it's mostly practical beavers so that's a big plus ... in some ways it has a kind of Critters vibe to it ... and the opening titles are like James Bond meets Scooby Doo.

    Solid, silly fun.

Salmon Fishing in the Yemen - 7/10.

I quite enjoyed it ... a nice and mild sort of film.

    'Escape from L.A.'

After bitching about it in the other thread, I decided to have another go.

It can still go an shite.

    An exceedingly generous 3/10.

Dead Snow 2: Red VS Dead ... 7.5/10 ... thoroughly enjoyable, but probably 5-10 minutes too long overall.

    And here I was thinking

"Man I should rewatch Escape from NY"

Obviously, I'm gonna come out the better man from that discussion.
