    ^^ Nice tribute!

Look again at that dot. That's here. That's home. That's us. On it everyone you love, everyone you know, everyone you ever heard of, every human being who ever was, lived out their lives. The aggregate of our joy and suffering, thousands of confident religions, ideologies, and economic doctrines, every hunter and forager, every hero and coward, every creator and destroyer of civilization, every king and peasant, every young couple in love, every mother and father, hopeful child, inventor and explorer, every teacher of morals, every corrupt politician, every "superstar," every "supreme leader," every saint and sinner in the history of our species lived there--on a mote of dust suspended in a sunbeam. Looking over his filmography I was pleasantly surprised to come to the realisation that Bob Hoskins featured in a quite a few of fav movies from youth. Hook, Brazil, The Long Good Friday and Captain Jack. But like most his most iconic image will always be his role in Who Framed Roger Rabbit-specifically how flustered he'd get around Jessica Rabbit:

His acting in that scene is kinda what sells you on the sex appeal of a cartoon character. Which is why I'll probably make myself a poster print here of this scene.

Hoskins was a great actor. Not always the best at choosing roles, but who is? I believe the last movie I saw him in was Stay and have been missing him ever since. Sad news indeed.
