    A fun watch!

    Nice post! Thanks!

    ...and Joe Pilato's hair! Epic!
Look again at that dot. That's here. That's home. That's us. On it everyone you love, everyone you know, everyone you ever heard of, every human being who ever was, lived out their lives. The aggregate of our joy and suffering, thousands of confident religions, ideologies, and economic doctrines, every hunter and forager, every hero and coward, every creator and destroyer of civilization, every king and peasant, every young couple in love, every mother and father, hopeful child, inventor and explorer, every teacher of morals, every corrupt politician, every "superstar," every "supreme leader," every saint and sinner in the history of our species lived there--on a mote of dust suspended in a sunbeam. Cheers Moon!

Watched that today. It was pretty good. I heard/read most, if not all of the stories before, but whatever. Anyway, it funny to see (nearly) everybody 30 years on (is it really that long...christ...).

Klar looks mad and I wouldn't like to get on the wrong side of him. Lori Cardille comes across as a genuinely lovely woman and Pilato looked hammered! Ha ha.

thanks for sharing, really looking forward to watching this when i get a bit more time this evening.

i met lori cardille and gary klar in st louis about five years ago, they were very down to earth and friendly as can be.

currently trying to catch up on some reading, and i have thxleo's making of the day of the dead book on my list, might have to pick that one for my next read after watching this.

    No problem!

Gary's story at the end really shocked me cause I'm born and raised in Bridgeport, CT. Crazy how he was sold off here as a youth!

And lol yeah, totally agree, Pilato was wasted!
