Oh - btw - there's a companion show for season 2 on Netflix called "Beyond Stranger Things", which is a selection of brief episodes featuring roundtable interviews with cast and crew about the making of the season. One of our old school HPOTD members - Patrick Doody - was supervising producer on it, too.
Why have I only been told about this now? ARGH!
Look again at that dot. That's here. That's home. That's us. On it everyone you love, everyone you know, everyone you ever heard of, every human being who ever was, lived out their lives. The aggregate of our joy and suffering, thousands of confident religions, ideologies, and economic doctrines, every hunter and forager, every hero and coward, every creator and destroyer of civilization, every king and peasant, every young couple in love, every mother and father, hopeful child, inventor and explorer, every teacher of morals, every corrupt politician, every "superstar," every "supreme leader," every saint and sinner in the history of our species lived there--on a mote of dust suspended in a sunbeam. Yeah, Netflix aren't the best at linking up a show like that to it's progenitor, or telling viewers about any additional content that may be in the "trailers and more" section.

Fuck sake, Neil - where've you been?!

I really enjoyed season 3. Blasted through it in two days, then that post-binge feeling of "now what do I do with my life?" struck.

Looks like this season will be more expansive. Hopefully Hawkins will still feature, and hopefully the new stuff won't be like that kinda naff outlier episode from season two.
