I love the use of Blockbuster as a time reference!

Look again at that dot. That's here. That's home. That's us. On it everyone you love, everyone you know, everyone you ever heard of, every human being who ever was, lived out their lives. The aggregate of our joy and suffering, thousands of confident religions, ideologies, and economic doctrines, every hunter and forager, every hero and coward, every creator and destroyer of civilization, every king and peasant, every young couple in love, every mother and father, hopeful child, inventor and explorer, every teacher of morals, every corrupt politician, every "superstar," every "supreme leader," every saint and sinner in the history of our species lived there--on a mote of dust suspended in a sunbeam. S’all good! This one has responses now, so just delete the thread I made, if you would please!

As I mentioned there, I got a good laugh at the use of Blockbuster Video for setting up the 90’s timeframe. Other big moments were seeing the pager from Infinity War and Captain Marvel punching an old lady?? I had to search for an answer to that last one. There is indeed an answer for it from the source material, so that was probably Marvel’s intention with adding it to this trailer.

It’s a good enough trailer, it just seems a bit bland for what Marvel has been doing lately. Then again, it’s also more of an announcement teaser, so the next trailer could be the more original take. Complete with popular nineties music, I’m sure.

Well... It was enjoyable enough. Certainly no Winter Soldier or Iron Man, but perfectly watchable.
