Dang, I was hoping they'd be putting it all out in one go (like they did with season 3 of Jack Ryan this time last year).

Oh well, I can see this trend becoming more and more of a thing - keeps people subbed, well, some anyway (others might just wait and then pile them all into one single month's sub). Get you hooked with a mini-binge, then dole it out week-by-week.

Mind you, the binge model has it's downsides - you don't really get that weekly sense of anticipation, nor do you really get a chance to mull over what you've seen.

No wonder so many people forget so many things they've only just watched - there's no time to think it over in one's mind before hoofing it on immediately to the next thing, and the next, and the next. Plus, some stuff is genuinely shite and forgettable, but the binge model, despite some benefits, is also kinda training our brain poorly (in conjunction with quick fix social media and online 'content', TikTok being the absolute worst for it).

I've done the first three episodes - great stuff, really enjoying it!

I love all the little investigative/deduction details, like aliases all having the same first letter for both first and surnames so 'your signature stays the same no matter what; two letters with a squiggle after them'

I do wonder one thing though ... surely Reacher stinks a bit? He's just rocking around in one set of clothes the entire time, occasionally changing t-shirt if it gets ripped ... ... his bollocks must reek like an onion patch. Or he's gifted with the ability to not sweat, haha.

Well, I won't be watching for 3 or so weeks so I'll be keeping out of this thread until then
Look again at that dot. That's here. That's home. That's us. On it everyone you love, everyone you know, everyone you ever heard of, every human being who ever was, lived out their lives. The aggregate of our joy and suffering, thousands of confident religions, ideologies, and economic doctrines, every hunter and forager, every hero and coward, every creator and destroyer of civilization, every king and peasant, every young couple in love, every mother and father, hopeful child, inventor and explorer, every teacher of morals, every corrupt politician, every "superstar," every "supreme leader," every saint and sinner in the history of our species lived there--on a mote of dust suspended in a sunbeam. Sit Rep?

It was interesting to see just how well the second season did in terms of viewing figures and popularity - and with a considerable percentage (well over 40% IIRC) of the viewership being female.

Enjoyed the second series, but it was not as strong as the first one IMHO. Hopefully the third series can up the game a tad more...

Strange. I enjoyed season two more than the first (which I did very much enjoy as well).
