Consider yourself lucky, MZ. You may have seen it before, but here's a ANgry Video Game Nerd episode that pretty much sums up all the previous Ghostbusters games. Quite funny too...

    "Conglaturation!"

That game caused me so much pain...

Awesome new article and video at IGN. Gameplay, cut scenes, and the first interview with creator Dan Aykroyd.

This thing just looks better and better. Great.

bassman, can you imagine how you would've felt if a time-traveling version of yourself could go back and walk in on kid bassman playing NES ghostbusters and show him the xbox360 ghostbusters game?

the younger you would probably piss himself and go into a catatonic shock, then go completely insane and have to be institutionalized like sarah connor from T2...doing pull-ups and talking nonsense about having to get back to society in time for the ghostbusters game release. your psychiatrist would keep trying to tell you "there already was a ghostbusters game, and it was horrible, your fanboy mind couldn't handle the stress, and that's why you're here."

but damn, it's flat-out amazing how far technology's come in the last 20 years...

and hell yeah, this game looks pretty fucking sweet. gonna at least check this one out, fo sho.

New demonstration of the physics engine

That thing is impressive. And I would say that even if it weren't Ghostbusters.

    Trailer for Wii/PS2 version
Although I prefer the next-gen version, this wii version is seriously making me want to get a Wii....

Amazon is offering a special "Slimer" edition of the game that features an exclusive Slimer statue, Ecto-1 Keychain, Console Skins, and four minimate ghost figures. Pictures and info

Deals are popping up all over the place now that the game is just two months away. If you have HD/Blu Ray and intend on getting the game, be sure to look out for a package deal with the game and the first film. The are several features exclusively for the PS3(Sony owns GB) as well.

Oh....and if you live under a rock and have never seen Ghostbusters, Sony has just signed a deal with Youtube to show Ghostbusters. Hulu and Crackle have it too.

"I can feel it. We're very, very close"

Hm... I saw that demo months ago. I guess now they're just showing the same thing they did on the 360 months ago, to show how it's going to look on the PS3?

I meant to say earlier but yeah, I saw that same physics demo months ago.

Still mightly impressive though - hopefully there won't be any frame rate drops, that'd just ruin the vibe man.

That's actually a new demo video. Same demo level as the original, but this is a newer version with updated items.

    Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh...

I was wondering if the cars looked better than I remembered them looking from videos a while ago.

The game's opening cinematic. I wouldn't worry about spoilers...

I friggin love how it starts like the original film. The cheesy commercial thing is great too.

The opening's alright. It was cool once the theme kicked in, but before that I felt it was a little TOO cheesy.

"There's SOMETHING heading your way." in a calm manner as if that sort of thing happens every day.

However, this does make me even MORE excited for this game.
