So, I was watching the Battlestar Galactica Pilot Episode on DVD and I noticed something that I haven't noticed before. I think I saw the Serenity flying overhead during the scene with Laura Roslin is talking to the Doctor at the beginning of the film. Yep, the effects are done by the same companies and serenity was the easter egg. In one of the later episodes you can see the original enterprise in the fleet.
